Ø Purpose of Position- - To supervise electrical installation, testing, and compliance works related to overall project execution and Fire NOC requirements.

- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy Ø Major Responsibilities – - Monitor installation of electrical infrastructure as per GFC drawings.
- Supervise HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, cable routing, earthing & lightning protection.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Oversee T&C; of all electrical and ELV systems.
- Review shop drawings, load schedules, and single‑line diagrams (SLDs).
- Coordinate with façade, HVAC, mechanical, and fire protection teams for service integration.
- Maintain documentation, inspection records, and test reports.
- Assist in material inspection, technical reviews, and contractor billing. Ø Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)



- - Timely completion of electrical installation & commissioning activities.
- Zero electrical safety violations.
- Quality of electrical works (audit outcomes, NCRs).
- Accuracy of test results and compliance certificates.
- Coordination efficiency with other service providers. Ø Qualification, Experience and Technical knowledge- - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 8+ years experience in high‑rise commercial/retail projects.
- Expert knowledge of HT/LT systems, ELV, IBMS, Fire Alarm, and life safety systems.
- Understanding of IE rules, IS standards, energy‑efficient design principles.
