Requirements and Qualifications

- Graduate in Electrical Engineering or a related stream.

- Hands on experience of 1 to 3 years in electrical design and control panel development.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD or equivalent software for basic electrical drafting.

- Ability to draw and interpret basic electrical line diagrams.

- Familiarity with common electrical components used in control panels, including switchgear.

- Awareness of technical specifications for selecting HMIs, PLCs, sensors, switches, and encoders.

Responsibilities

- Identify and select suitable switchgear components based on electrical design inputs.

- Prepare detailed wiring diagrams using AutoCAD or similar design tools.

- Generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM)



for panel manufacturing and procurement.

- Conduct quality checks on assembled control panels to ensure they meet design and safety standards.

- Prepare interconnection BOMs for wiring between field devices, control panels, and PLCs.
