Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Role Summary
Responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising Fire Alarm and Life Safety systems while ensuring compliance with NFPA standards and local authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review fire alarm, emergency lighting, VE/PA, and life safety systems.
- Prepare drawings, layouts, riser diagrams, and calculations.
- Manage authority submissions and technical approvals.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years in Fire Alarm & Life Safety consultancy.
- Solid knowledge of NFPA 70, NFPA 72, and UAE Fire & Life Safety Code.
- Experience with UAE authority approvals.
- AutoCAD proficiency (Revit is an advantage).
- CFPS certification is an added advantage.
