Experience: 2 – 6 Years We are looking for an Electrical Designer & Automation Programmer who can handle panel design, PLC logic development, and hands-on SCADA system integration.
This role is ideal for engineers who excel at designing control panels using EPLAN & AutoCAD Electrical, writing PLC code from scratch (with a strong focus on Mitsubishi PLCs), developing SCADA/HMI interfaces, configuring conveyor-to-conveyor systems, and supervising site commissioning.
Note: This position involves a balance between office-based engineering design and hands-on site deployment across client sites in Delhi NCR.
Key Responsibilities
- PLC Programming & SCADA Development (Primary Focus)
Write, test, and commission PLC logic from scratch using Mitsubishi PLCs (MELSEC Q / iQ-R Series via GX Works 2 / GX Works 3).
Develop, configure, and integrate hands-on SCADA systems and HMIs for real-time monitoring, alarm handling, data logging, and process visualization.
Map PLC data tags to OPC servers (e.g., Kepware) for SCADA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
Design and execute complete conveyor-to-conveyor material handling logic and network sequences.
Configure and parameterize Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and multi-axis servo drive systems over industrial networks (CC-Link, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP).

Electrical
Design & Panel Engineering
Draft schematics, Single Line Diagrams (SLDs), and wiring layouts using EPLAN Electric P8 and AutoCAD Electrical.
Select appropriate switchgear, safety relays, cables,
and enclosures to prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BOM).
Ensure all designs conform to international machinery and safety standards (IEC 60204-1, IEC 61439, NFPA 79).

Field
Supervision & Execution (Delhi NCR)
Direct and supervise technicians and contractor teams during in office installation, shutdowns, and commissioning.
Enforce Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols and plant-specific safety regulations during field activities.
Perform systematic root-cause analysis for control system, hardware, SCADA connectivity, and network downtime incidents.
Coordinate with internal project managers and clients to update final as-built drawings based on field modifications.
What We Are Looking For
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Robotics, or Automation Engineering.
Experience: 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in electrical design, PLC programming, and SCADA development within industrial automation or manufacturing environments.
Core Requirement: Direct experience with Mitsubishi PLCs, conveyor-to-conveyor automation systems, and hands-on SCADA application setup.
Design Tools: Working proficiency in EPLAN Electric P8 and AutoCAD Electrical.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of motor drives (VFDs/Servos), safety circuits, control logic, industrial networks, and SCADA data tag mapping.
Work Style: Willingness to balance structured office design work with active site execution and contractor supervision across Delhi NCR.
