We are looking for a skilled Engineer / Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - E&A; (Programming) with robust expertise in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming for process automation projects.
Role & responsibilities
- Develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications based on P&ID; and project requirements.
- Perform panel testing, programming, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Validate automation architecture, wiring drawings, and panel layouts.
- Support site commissioning, troubleshooting, and online technical assistance.
- Ensure timely and error-free completion of project deliverables.
- Coordinate with project, process, and commissioning teams
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in PLC Programming (Siemens and/or Rockwell).
- Strong knowledge of HMI & SCADA development.
- Understanding of P&ID;, I/O List, Instrument List, Cable Schedule, SLD, and Wiring Drawings.
- Knowledge of MCC, PLC Panels, Remote I/O Panels, and Control Systems.
- Familiarity with Industrial Communication Protocols.
- Experience in Process Automation Erection & Commissioning.
- Exposure to Food Industry Batching Systems will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Servo Drives and Motion Control Programming is an added advantage.
