? We're Hiring: Entry-Level Associate – EHR Ancillary Applications (PAN India) | 2+ years

Key Responsibilities

-Support implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ancillary clinical applications integrated with Epic and Oracle Cerner

-Assist with application configuration, workflow analysis, system builds, testing, and issue resolution

-Troubleshoot interface and workflow issues while collaborating with EHR analysts, infrastructure teams, vendors, and clinical stakeholders

-Support upgrades, go-live activities, documentation, and post-production stabilization

-Ensure compliance with healthcare security, privacy, and PHI standards

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Clinical Informatics, or a related field

-Up to 2 years of experience in Healthcare IT, Enterprise IT, Clinical Systems, or Technical Support

-Strong understanding of IT fundamentals, databases, networking, interfaces, and system workflows

-Excellent communication and documentation skills

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint

Preferred Skills

-Exposure to Epic or Oracle Cerner





-Knowledge of HL7 , healthcare interoperability, and interface concepts

-Familiarity with Agile, ITIL, or Lean methodologies

-Interest in pursuing EHR vendor certifications

Desired Technical Expertise

-Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium

-Cerner FSI (Foreign System Interface)

-HL7 v2.x (ADT, ORM, ORU, SIU, DFT)

-Interface configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and message routing

-Healthcare interoperability and clinical data exchange

-Ancillary clinical workflows including:

-Pharmacy (PharmNet)

-Laboratory (PathNet)

-Radiology (RadNet)

-Experience with OpenLink, Millennium logs, Splunk, and interface monitoring tools
