Job Title: Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Manager

Job Summary:

Responsible for the safe, effective, and compliant operation of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), ensuring treated effluent meets regulatory standards while optimizing plant performance and managing the ETP team.

Exp 8 years

Saturday is off, rest all 6 days working.

Location Supa Ahmednagar.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily ETP operations and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and discharge norms.
- Monitor treatment parameters (pH, COD, BOD, TSS, etc.) and optimize processes.
- Supervise ETP operators and maintenance activities.
- Maintain operational records and regulatory reports.
- Manage chemicals, consumables, and operating costs.




- Coordinate audits and inspections.
- Implement safety, preventive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental or any Graduates.
- 8-10 years of experience in ETP operations, including supervisory experience.
