We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Education Counselor to guide prospective students through their learning journey. You will be responsible for understanding students' career goals, counseling them about our programs, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

If you enjoy interacting with people, helping them make career decisions, and achieving sales targets, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities

Counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.

Understand student requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing programs.

Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

Convert inquiries into admissions while delivering an exceptional counseling experience.

Explain course curriculum, certifications, career opportunities, placement support, and fee structure.

Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM regularly.

Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for smooth enrollment.





Meet monthly admission targets and prepare daily follow-up reports.

Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

Required

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong counseling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

Experience in education counseling, admissions, inside sales, or customer relationship management.

Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.

Basic knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Positive attitude with a target-driven mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in Education Counseling, Admissions, Inside Sales, or EdTech.

Experience in training institutes or educational organizations will be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing or AI courses is a plus.
