· Stock Reconciliation: Track daily movement and balance high-value inventory (gold, platinum, and precious stones) between the vault and showroom displays.
· Audit Support: Generate Management Information System (MIS)
reports to assist auditors and store managers during physical stock audits.
Showroom Coordination
· Hardware Support: Maintain peripherals like barcode scanners, label printers, biometric attendance systems, and CCTV security setups.
· User Assistance: Train showroom sales staff on basic system navigation and fast billing procedures during peak gold-buying seasons.
