About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Ecommerce Operator to join our young and quick-growing consumer brands team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day ecommerce operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa, Meesho, and other relevant online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands routine marketplace portal tasks, basic catalog updates, pricing inputs, inventory updating, order tracking, ticket handling, and basic operational reporting.

What you'll be responsible for:

· Updating product listings & catalog details across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Nykaa, Meesho

· Entering titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, pricing, and backend attributes accurately

· Tracking daily orders, stock status, returns, and raising marketplace tickets

· Checking seller account health notices, listing errors, and customer feedback entries

· Coordinating with warehouse, logistics, and content teams for regular dispatches

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
