Key Responsibilities1.

Product Catalogue

Management

- Create, upload, and maintain product listings on Shopify.

- Ensure all product information, including descriptions, pricing, discounts, images, variants, and specifications, is accurate and up to date.

- Maintain catalogue consistency across all online sales channels.

- Monitor and correct listing errors, missing information, and product availability.

1. Order Management

- Process customer orders accurately and within the defined timelines.

- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure timely dispatch.

- Monitor pending, cancelled, and delayed orders.

- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.

1. Payment Reconciliation

- Verify and reconcile daily payments received through Stripe, Paytm, GoKwik, and other payment gateways.

- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate payment reconciliation records.

- Coordinate with the Finance team for unresolved payment issues.

1. Logistics Coordination

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for order dispatch and delivery.

- Monitor shipment tracking and delivery status.

- Manage Return to Origin (RTO) cases.

- Resolve Non-Delivery Report (NDR) cases through timely coordination with customers and courier partners.

- Communicate shipment updates to internal teams when required.

1. Inventory Management

- Perform daily inventory reconciliation between Warehouse, Shopify, and retail stores.

- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

- Ensure inventory accuracy across all systems.

- Coordinate with stores and warehouse teams for stock corrections.

1. Customer Support Coordination

- Assist in resolving customer queries related to orders, products, payments, and deliveries.





- Work closely with customer service teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

1. Reporting & Analysis

Daily

- Inventory reconciliation report.

- Daily order status report.

- Website sales report.

- Payment reconciliation report.

- Dispatch, RTO, and NDR status report.

Weekly

- Product-wise sales analysis.

- Stock availability report.

- Production requirement recommendations.

- Inventory discrepancy report.

Monthly

- Website sales performance report.

- Payment reconciliation summary.

- Inventory accuracy report.

- Returns and refunds analysis.

- Logistics performance report.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust knowledge of Shopify.

- Understanding of e-commerce operations and order fulfilment.

- Experience with inventory management systems.

- Knowledge of payment gateways and reconciliation processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent attention to detail.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management.

- Experience working with ERP or inventory management software is an advantage.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
