Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

The Job

Title role involves supporting day-to-day operations related to Carmine’s gourmet food products, such as coordinating with production teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The role may include interacting with culinary clients, gathering feedback, and helping improve product offerings and processes. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow food safety and company guidelines,



and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle daily tasks and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and hygiene standards in a food-related setting.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

Comfort with basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation) for operational and reporting tasks.

Prior experience in food production, culinary operations, or FMCG is beneficial but not mandatory.

Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, with flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs.

Relevant education in food technology, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
