Shopify & D2C Growth Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify & D2C Growth Specialist who can manage, optimize, and scale Shopify stores for business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in building Shopify stores end-to-end, advanced Shopify customization, app integrations, analytics, and conversion optimization.

This role requires someone who can combine technical Shopify expertise with e-commerce growth strategies to improve store performance, customer experience, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage Shopify stores end-to-end, including setup, customization, launch, and ongoing optimization.
- Customize Shopify themes, templates, and storefront experiences using Shopify Liquid.
- Manage Shopify apps, integrations, third-party tools, and automation workflows.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
- Drive D2C growth initiatives through CRO, SEO, analytics, and performance improvements.
- Analyze Shopify reports, GA4 data, customer behavior, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement tracking solutions including GA4, Meta Pixel,



and other analytics tools.
- Work on international Shopify stores, especially US-based e-commerce markets.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Continuously improve website speed, functionality, and customer journey.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant Shopify experience.
- Proven experience launching multiple Shopify stores from scratch.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify development, customization, themes, and Liquid.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify apps, integrations, and third-party tools.
- Experience managing D2C brands and improving online revenue.
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Experience with GA4, Meta Pixel, Shopify Analytics, and SEO.
- Experience working with international/US Shopify stores is mandatory.

Preferred Background

- Shopify Developer with strong e-commerce growth exposure.
- E-commerce Manager / Shopify Manager.
- Digital Marketing qualified with deep Shopify Expertise.
- Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Organic, FMCG, or D2C brands preferred.
