1. Visual Asset Creation & Adaptation

- Create and adapt high-quality visual assets for ecommerce platforms, marketplaces,

and online retailers
- Develop engaging Product Detail Pages (PDPs), brand stores, promotional campaigns,

banners, and landing pages
- Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines while optimizing for digital

commerce channels
1. Multi-Channel Digital Design

- Design responsive experiences optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet

environments
- Create both static and motion assets for digital channels
- Produce compelling visual content in image, video, and rich media formats

1. Quality & Brand Consistency

- Maintain consistency and brand integrity across all ecommerce touchpoints
- Stay up to date with ecommerce design trends, platform requirements, and best

practices
- Apply deep understanding of ecommerce creative best practices, content hierarchies,

and conversion-focused design principles
1. Collaboration & Project Management

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality assets within tight

deadlines
- Work effectively with Studio Manager, Creative Leads, Account Teams, and Technical

teams
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organization and attention to

- Explore and leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency, innovation, and

design quality
- Stay current with emerging technologies and platforms in digital ecommerce

Ideal Candidate Strong Ecommerce Designer / Digital Creative Designer Profile

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing Product Detail Pages (PDPs), Brand Stores,



Product Listing creatives, Promotional Banners, Landing Pages, and other ecommerce marketing assets.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, along with strong working knowledge of Figma and collaborative design workflows.

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have experience creating both static and motion creatives for digital commerce channels, optimized for desktop, mobile, and tablet.

Mandatory (Experience 5): Must have solid understanding of ecommerce creative best practices, marketplace guidelines, brand consistency, content hierarchy, and conversion-focused design principles.

Mandatory (Experience 6): Must have experience working with AI-powered creative tools such as Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, or similar AI design tools.

Mandatory (Portfolio): Candidate must share a strong portfolio showcasing ecommerce creatives, PDPs, marketplace assets, brand stores, banners, and digital campaigns.

Mandatory (Industry): Candidates from Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetics will be highly preferred. Experience with brands such as L'Oréal, Revlon, Estée Lauder, Nykaa, Tira, Mamaearth, The Derma Co., Plum, Minimalist, etc

Pay: ₹794,374.41 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
