About the Role

Urbeno is looking for energetic and articulate E-waste Client Consultants across all metro cities in India. The consultant will be the face of Urbeno to corporate clients, institutions, and bulk consumers of electronics — helping them dispose of their electronic waste responsibly, in full compliance with the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations. This is a client-facing role combining business development, consulting, and environmental compliance advisory.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard corporate clients, IT companies, banks, educational institutions, hospitals, and other bulk consumers for e-waste collection and recycling services.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to assess e-waste volumes, categories (IT assets, batteries, appliances, etc.), and disposal requirements.
- Educate clients on their legal obligations under the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022, EPR compliance, and CPCB/SPCB requirements.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements; negotiate pricing and close deals.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely pickup, weighment, and documentation of collected e-waste.
- Ensure clients receive complete documentation — Certificates of Recycling/Destruction, Form-6 filings, and data destruction certificates where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM; submit weekly reports to the Regional Manager.
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business, renewals, and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry events, CSR/sustainability forums, and awareness drives in the assigned city.




- Track competitor activity and market trends in the assigned territory and share insights with management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory); B.Sc./B.Tech (Environmental Science), BBA, or B.Com preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; fluency in the regional language of the posting city is a strong advantage.
- Robust writing ability — proposals, emails, client reports, and compliance documentation.
- Confident presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging senior stakeholders (Admin Heads, IT Heads, Procurement, EHS teams).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email etiquette.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned city for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

- 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales, client servicing, waste management, ITAD, or sustainability services.
- Awareness of e-waste regulations, EPR framework, or environmental compliance.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
