We are a fast-growing UK-based retail & distribution company with significant E-Commerce operations across Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces. We are expanding our purchasing team in India and are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Purchase Manager to manage and enhance our purchasing operations.

Job Role: E-Commerce Purchase Executive / Sourcing Executive The Purchase Executive will be responsible for identifying profitable products from supplier websites and internal stock Excel sheets on a daily basis. The role involves product sourcing, margin analysis, supplier communication, price negotiation, and maintaining strong vendor relationships to support business profitability and stock availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Review supplier websites and daily stock Excel files to identify profitable and fast-moving products.
- Analyze product margins, pricing, VAT, shipping costs, and profitability before selection.
- Compare supplier prices with marketplace selling prices (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
- Select products based on target profit margins, sales potential, and stock availability.
- Maintain and update sourcing and pricing Excel sheets accurately on a daily basis.
- Communicate with suppliers via email and phone regarding pricing, stock availability, lead times,



and product details.
- Negotiate better prices, discounts, bulk deals, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with inventory and sales teams to ensure stock availability and timely replenishment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new product opportunities.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and profitability targets.
- Prepare daily and weekly sourcing/profitability reports for management.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good analytical and numerical skills for margin calculations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with large product catalogs and supplier databases.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Experience with supplier sourcing and purchasing processes.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and pricing strategies.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in e-commerce purchasing, sourcing, or procurement.
- Familiarity with Amazon FBA, wholesale sourcing, or online retail business.
- Knowledge of profit margin calculations and stock management systems.
