Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented E-commerce & Social Media Manager to manage our online sales channels, website, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and ensuring smooth order and inventory operations to achieve business growth.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize the company website and online sales.
- Analyze online market trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase sales.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Handle social media pages by creating engaging content, reels, posts, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Process online orders and coordinate timely dispatch.
- Monitor and manage inventory for online sales.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to achieve business targets.
