Role Description The E-Commerce Operation Manager is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Thrillerrr’s online sales channels. This role manages product listings, pricing, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.

The E-Commerce Operation Manager coordinates with marketing, logistics, customer support, and vendors to optimize processes, resolve operational issues, and maintain service-level standards. The position also involves monitoring performance metrics, analyzing sales data, implementing improvements to increase conversion and retention,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications

- Experience in e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory control, and coordination with logistics partners.
- Skills in online merchandising and catalog management, with the ability to maintain accurate product data and optimise product listings.
- Ability to use data and analytics tools to track KPIs, interpret performance trends, and support decision-making for process improvements.
- Knowledge of digital platforms such as marketplaces, brand websites, and payment gateways, and familiarity with basic SEO and online customer journeys.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach, with proven problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field; prior experience in consumer brands or wellness/intimacy products is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in New Delhi and commitment to upholding Thrillerrr’s values of inclusivity, respect, and non-judgmental support for customers.
