About the Role

We're looking for an E-commerce Trainer who can upskill our team to expert level on major marketplaces Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and Etsy so we can scale listing, optimization, and growth correctly and hit our order volume targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Train the team in-depth on each platform's policies, algorithms, and seller panel (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, Etsy)
- Teach product listing optimization (titles, bullet points, images, keywords, backend search terms)
- Train on platform-specific SEO and ranking strategies (Amazon A9, Flipkart search ranking, Myntra catalog scoring, etc.)
- Teach pricing, catalog health, inventory management, and order fulfillment best practices
- Provide basic-to-advanced training on ads and promotions (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Myntra Ads)
- Teach strategies to reduce returns, RTO, and customer complaints
- Train the team to read sales dashboards, reports, and analytics, and make data-backed decisions




- Continuously upskill the team on current platform updates and policy changes
- Build and execute actionable game plans to achieve order growth targets
- Deliver training in a structured format (SOPs/recorded sessions/checklists) so knowledge stays with the team after the engagement ends

Required Skills

- Hands-on, practical knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, and Etsy seller panels
- Strong understanding of listing optimization and marketplace SEO
- Experience with catalog, pricing, and inventory management
- Experience with marketplace advertising tools (PPC/Ads)
- Excellent training/communication skills ability to explain concepts simply
- Data-driven approach ability to derive insights from reports and build strategy
- Result-oriented mindset accountable for order growth and revenue targets

Good to Have

- Prior experience as a marketplace seller or category manager
- Experience working with multiple brands/sellers
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and dashboard tools
