Key Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management:

- Analyze and manage inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock is available to meet customer demand.
- Create and send consignments to various warehouses, coordinating with logistics teams for timely and accurate deliveries.
- Regularly review inventory before dispatching consignments to prevent stockouts and overstocking.

- Sales Optimization:

- Opt into promotions and offers on ecommerce platforms to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns, making adjustments as necessary to maximize effectiveness.

- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Maintain and update sales data and performance metrics in Excel and other data management tools.
- Generate regular reports on sales trends, inventory levels, and other key metrics to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in sales performance.

- Order Processing and Fulfillment:

- Oversee the end-to-end process of order fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient packing and shipping of products.

- Platform Management:





- Stay updated with the latest features, policies, and best practices of ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.

- Customer Service:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage and respond to customer reviews and feedback, implementing improvements based on customer insights.

- Administrative Tasks:

- Handle administrative duties related to ecommerce operations, including documentation, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures to streamline ecommerce operations.

- Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of ecommerce strategies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation of sales data.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
