About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our business on the Myntra marketplace. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end marketplace operations, including catalog management, inventory coordination, order processing, promotions, and performance analysis. The role requires hands-on experience with the Myntra Seller Panel and a strong understanding of marketplace operations within the fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management

- Manage all day-to-day operations on the Myntra Seller Panel.
- Ensure smooth execution of product launches, updates, and seasonal collections.
- Coordinate with the Myntra account management team to resolve operational issues.

Catalog Management
- Create, upload, and maintain accurate product listings.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.
- Ensure catalog quality and compliance with Myntra guidelines.
- Resolve listing errors, content issues, and approval rejections.

Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
- Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Manage returns, cancellations, replacements, and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain high order fulfillment and dispatch performance.

Sales & Promotions
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace offers.
- Coordinate participation in Myntra sale events and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor pricing competitiveness and promotional performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track daily sales, conversion rates, inventory health, and product performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.




- Analyze sales trends and recommend strategies to improve revenue and customer engagement.

Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with Myntra policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational standards.
- Maintain product data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance marketplace performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing the Myntra marketplace.
- Experience in fashion, jewelry, apparel, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with the Myntra Seller Panel.
- Strong knowledge of marketplace operations and catalog management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

This role is dedicated exclusively to managing and growing the brand's presence on the Myntra marketplace, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable sales growth. Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
