E-Commerce Executive (Freshers / 01 Year Experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support our day-to-day E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations. This is an excellent chance for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations across E-commerce & Quick Commerce platforms.
- Manage appointment (Appt) bookings for deliveries.
- Follow up with warehouses, logistics partners, and marketplaces for timely order execution.
- Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues.
- Check and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) on customer/marketplace portals.
- Handle RTO (Return to Origin) & RTV (Return to Vendor) coordination.
- Work on marketplace portals and maintain operational data.
- Prepare MIS reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and inventory updates.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce or Quick Commerce operations is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
