Role Description The E-Commerce Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in India, responsible for managing and optimizing brand presence on key marketplaces such as Amazon.in and Flipkart.com. Day-to-day tasks include listing and updating products, monitoring inventory, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing.

The role involves tracking sales performance, analyzing marketplace data, managing promotions and advertising campaigns, and implementing strategies to improve conversions and customer satisfaction. The E-Commerce Executive will also handle basic content updates,



resolve listing and order-related issues with marketplace support teams, and maintain compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of e-commerce marketplaces, particularly Amazon.in and Flipkart.com, including listing management, pricing, and promotional tools.
- Skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret sales, traffic, and conversion metrics to support decision-making.
- Experience in inventory coordination and order fulfillment processes, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely dispatch.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and marketplace support.
- Attention to detail and proficiency with spreadsheets and e-commerce dashboards; familiarity with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
