Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and enhance the hospital's online presence across digital platforms. The role involves handling online appointment channels, healthcare marketplace listings, website updates, campaign coordination, and improving patient engagement through digital commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the hospital's presence on healthcare marketplaces and online platforms.
- Coordinate and optimize online appointment booking channels.
- Update hospital website content, doctor profiles, services, health packages, and promotional banners.
- Manage listings on platforms such as Google Business Profile and other healthcare directories.
- Coordinate with the Marketing, IT, Operations, and Clinical teams for website and platform updates.
- Monitor online patient inquiries and ensure timely coordination with the concerned departments.
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns for health check-up packages and hospital services.
- Track website traffic, appointment conversions, and campaign performance using analytics tools.




- Ensure accurate pricing, package details, and service information across all digital platforms.
- Work with external vendors, agencies, and healthcare aggregators to improve online visibility.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with hospital branding guidelines.
- Prepare periodic reports on digital performance, online bookings, and lead conversions.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of website content management (CMS).
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO basics.
- Familiarity with healthcare marketplaces and online booking platforms.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online customer engagement.
- Solid coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in hospitals or the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple digital platforms simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
