- Provide ongoing support and maintenance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Analyse and provide solutions to the customer for complex finance and billing issues
- Provide expert consulting services to clients on complex finance and billing processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.;
- Analyze client requirements and design tailored solutions to address specific business needs.
- Implement and configure F&O; modules related to finance and billing, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Flow Management.
- Assist clients with testing activities.
- Investigate and analyse reporting issues and work with a developer on the fix
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Skills:
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; finance and billing modules.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools.
- Functional Skills:
- Deep understanding of finance and billing processes, including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow management, and tax compliance.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience with industry-specific finance and billing practices
- Soft Skills:

Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O; Finance and Operations.
- Proven track record of successful F&O; implementations.
- Knowledge of other ERP systems or finance software.
- At least 3 years of work experience with Dynamics 365 F&O; in a similar position
