Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Website & AI Specialist)

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and proactive E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience managing e-commerce websites and understands AI tools. The ideal candidate should be able to handle product listings, website updates, online marketplace operations, and use AI to improve productivity, content, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update the company website (Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar platforms).
- Upload and maintain product listings, pricing, inventory, and images.
- Optimize product pages for SEO and better customer experience.
- Monitor website performance and coordinate with developers for any technical issues.
- Manage online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc. (if applicable).
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) for content creation, product descriptions, image generation, and workflow automation.
- Analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams for website updates and campaigns.
- Ensure all website content is accurate, updated, and aligned with the brand.

Required Skills





- 1–3+ years of experience in E-commerce operations.
- Good knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of product listing and catalog management.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with digital marketing is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or image editing tools is a plus.

Experience: 1–3+ Years Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
