Job Title: Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant (QuickBooks Migration Specialist)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Consultant to lead the migration and setup of our core financial systems. The primary focus of this role is to successfully transition our General Ledger (GL), Chart of Accounts, and historical financial data from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

System Design: Map our existing QuickBooks Chart of Accounts (COA) to a optimized, dimensional structure in Business Central.

Data Migration: Extract, clean, and transform QuickBooks financial data (trial balances, customer/vendor open balances) into Business Central templates.

Posting Setup: Configure General Ledger Setup, General Posting Setup, and Tax/VAT Posting Groups to ensure seamless sub-ledger integration.

Dimension Mapping: Replace QuickBooks "Classes" or "Locations" with Business Central Global and Shortcut Dimensions for advanced reporting.

Testing & Validation:



Perform data reconciliation between QuickBooks and Business Central to ensure matching trial balances.

Training: Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and train the finance team on journal entries, month-end closing, and financial reporting (Financial Reports/Account Schedules).

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 3 years implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV finance modules.

QuickBooks Knowledge: Proven experience extracting data from QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.

Data Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Business Central Configuration Worksheet (RapidStart Services).

Accounting Background: Robust understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), journal entries, and sub-ledger reconciliation.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
