Qualification: B. E. – Mechanical

Experience: 7 to 12 years

Role:

- 7 to 12 years of experience in purchase/ vendor development/ purchasing activity
- Should have valuable knowledge of electric motor, components, and raw materials
- Purchasing ‘A’ class items such as stampings, DCRs, bearings, space heaters, copper wire, slot closure paper, brakes, round bar, thermistors, varnish, resin, etc.
- New vendor development, negotiation with vendors, vendor registration, new product development, coordination with production and design team, etc.
- Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Negotiate pricing, supplier contracts and service level agreements with manufacturers, vendors, suppliers and agents to ensure the highest quality products for lowest possible cost or best competitive price
- Process purchase orders, requisitions, and other purchasing documents for the purchase of materials, tools, and equipment
