Role & responsibilities

Your Key Result Areas

- Architect and govern end-to-end Digital Workplace solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Entra ID).

- Design and implement Azure infrastructure architectures, including identity, networking, security, and compute aligned with enterprise standards.

- Lead solutioning for modern device management (Windows/macOS) using Intune, Autopilot, and related endpoint security controls.

- Define reference architectures, design patterns, and best practices for M365 and Azure adoption.

- Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet security, regulatory, and resilience requirements.

- Support transition, transformation, and modernization initiatives, including migrations from legacy platforms to cloud-native solutions.

- Provide architectural oversight during delivery, ensuring adherence to design, scalability, performance, and cost optimization.

- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders,



translating business requirements into robust technical architectures.

- Contribute to continuous improvement, automation, and innovation across the DWP landscape.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

- Strong hands-on and architectural experience in Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure.

- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (Entra ID/Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA).

- Experience with endpoint management and security (Intune, Autopilot, Defender).

- Proven experience designing enterprise-scale cloud and hybrid architectures.

- Microsoft certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert, M365 Enterprise Administrator, or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate at both technical and leadership levels.
