Role & responsibilities
- Support daily cinema operations and ensure smooth functioning of the property.
- Monitor guest handling and maintain high customer service standards.
- Coordinate with different departments during shifts.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic operational issues.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and SOP compliance across the property.
- Support ticketing, F&B;, and floor operations whenever required.
- Maintain proper shift reports and operational records.
