The Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the resort during the assigned shift, ensuring exceptional service to Karma Group members, guests, and visitors and maintaining the Company's operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure a warm, personalised, and consistent experience for Karma members and guests throughout their stay.

- Handle guest and member complaints, requests, and service recovery promptly and professionally, escalating responsible matters to the Resort Manager/GM when required.

- Monitor check-ins, check-outs, room readiness, guest requests, VIP/member arrivals, and special occasions to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Conduct regular rounds of the resort to ensure cleanliness, safety, maintenance, grooming, and operational standards are maintained.

- Coordinate with departmental HODs to resolve operational issues and ensure timely completion of guest requests.





- Ensure compliance with resort SOPs, health & safety standards, statutory requirements, and emergency procedures.

- Monitor incidents, accidents, guest feedback, and service recovery actions and ensure proper documentation and reporting.

- Support the Front Office and other operational teams during peak periods and ensure adequate manpower deployment.

- Brief and guide team members on service standards, guest expectations, and operational priorities during the shift.

- Maintain effective communication with the incoming/outgoing Duty Manager and ensure proper handover of pending matters.

- Identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall resort experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
