- Technical Leadership & Development:
- Lead and manage the Drupal and UI development team, develop and maintain Drupal-based solutions, and ensure integration with UI components.
- Troubleshoot issues, uphold coding standards, and follow security guidelines.
- Project & Quality Management:
- Analyze requirements, manage tasks in JIRA/Tracker, handle version control (GIT), and ensure zero UAT bugs with on-time project delivery.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA, and backend teams. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and maintain stakeholder communication.
- Requirements – Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Drupal 8/9/10 (theming and module customization), solid proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end development.
