Profile Title: Speech & Drama Coordinator Profile Type: Full-Time

Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday Profile Overview We are looking for a highly creative, organized, and passionate Speech & Drama Coordinator to lead and oversee our Speech & Drama programs across schools in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in theatre and education, with the ability to design engaging curricula, write original scripts, mentor trainers, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality sessions. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, leadership, and operational excellence to support both trainers and students in delivering impactful Speech & Drama experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the Speech & Drama curriculum, lesson plans, learning resources, original scripts, and trainer assessment papers.

Recruit, train, mentor, and support Speech & Drama trainers while ensuring consistent teaching quality across all programs.

Visit schools across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai to observe sessions, evaluate trainer performance, and implement quality improvement measures.





Plan and oversee school productions, performances, competitions, rehearsals, and other Speech & Drama events.

Maintain documentation, trainer feedback, and reports while collaborating with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution and continuous improvement of the program.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, English, Education, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Prior experience in Speech & Drama, Theatre Education, or Performing Arts is mandatory.

Experience in script writing, directing productions, and mentoring educators will be highly preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Passion for working with children and developing educators.
