Domain Expert – Finance Functional Sr Consultant – Willing to Travel Muscat (Oman)

· Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Public Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline with Master's Degree or skilled certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

· Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, treasury, or public financial management.

· Extensive experience supporting large ERP, EPM, or enterprise financial transformation projects.

· Strong understanding of Government Financial Management, Public Sector Budgeting ,Treasury

· Good in Operations Financial Reporting, Internal Controls, Fiscal Governance

· Experience in quality assurance, compliance reviews, and financial system governance.

· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Enterprise Financial Management Systems (ERP/EPM) Oracle E-Business Suite Financials (Preferred) and Oracle Hyperion Planning & EPM (Preferred).

· Senior Finance Functional Consultant (Domain Expert) to provide strategic functional leadership, governance, and advisory services for enterprise financial management systems

· The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in public sector finance, budgeting, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and fiscal governance.

· This role will act as the primary functional authority, ensuring that enterprise financial solutions align with business objectives,



regulatory requirements, and government financial management standards.

· Provide functional oversight and independent assurance for finance-related business processes and enterprise financial systems.

· Review and validate financial configurations, workflows, and system outputs to ensure alignment with approved financial policies and business objectives.

· Evaluate budgeting, accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and financial control processes for accuracy and compliance.

· Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial governance

· Serve as the senior finance domain advisor for ERP, EPM, and enterprise finance transformation initiatives.

· Advise project leadership and business stakeholders on financial management best practices.

· Review functional designs and business requirements to ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational objectives.

· Perform independent quality assurance reviews of finance-related ERP and EPM implementations.

· Evaluate financial risks associated with business process changes and system enhancements.

· Collaborate with Finance leadership, auditors, project teams, business users, and executive management.

· Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and validate functional solutions.

· Provide mentoring, knowledge transfer, and capacity-building initiatives for finance teams.
