Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT / Technical roles (Domestic only)

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, headhunting & references

Work on niche / product-based client requirements

Screen candidates technically and assess fitment

Manage interview coordination, follow-ups, offer discussion & closures Ensure timely submission and position closures

Maintain strong pipeline and daily sourcing activity

Drive ownership and accountability on assigned mandates

Preferred candidate profile

1-5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment (Not US Recruitment experience)

Experience working on niche or product-based clients preferred

Strong sourcing capability using job portals & LinkedIn

Valuable communication and negotiation skills

Ability to handle multiple mandates simultaneously

Target-driven, proactive and serious about closures
