As a GTM Operations Specialist, Cloud Security (Document Coordinator), you will support the intake, import, export, and organization of customer security questionnaires and related documents in Responsive. You will help ensure documents are processed accurately, routed correctly, and delivered on time to support Sales and Customer Trust workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Import customer questionnaires and supporting documents into Responsive.
- Export completed questionnaires and prepare files for customer delivery.
- Review documents for formatting, completeness, and data integrity.
- Track document status and maintain accurate records in Responsive and other internal systems.
- Route documents and requests to the appropriate teams.
- Manage multiple requests and deadlines.
- Identify process issues and help improve document-handling workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with document formats such as Excel, Word, and PDF.
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven work accurately.
- Strong follow-through and ability to meet deadlines.
- Comfortable learning new tools and working across teams.
- Familiarity with Responsive or similar questionnaire-management platforms is beneficial.
