Document Controller (1 year Contract) Title: Document Controller (1 year Contract) Job Title Document Controller (On Third Party Contract for 1 Year) Summary Section Responsible for maintaining project documentation files consisting of technical data, engineering and supplier drawings, technical specifications, purchase orders and other project-required documents. Updates and maintains project document control record keeping system. Prepares transmittals and distributes data as directed.

Interfaces with reproduction department for required reproduction associated with copy and distribution requirements per project procedures.

Responsibilities: Processing of all types of Documents for Licensor packages as well as Supplier documents. Numbering and identification of documents Filing and organization of documents Control over documentation modification, distribution, issuance (as per procedure)



during its whole lifecycle Updating of MDR/SDRL registers of applicable documents Distribution of documents within all levels of the project team and external parties Progress reporting on document status Checks compliance and quality of documents and revision control Timely expediting of Project and document control reporting, requirements and procedures Document receipt, registration, copying, workflow and transmittal as dictated by the project requirements Processing documents to become Records Interfaces with engineers, project quality team, sub-contractors and client Qualifications including Required Education, Experience, &

Skills

- Previous experience as a Document Controller (10-15 years) • Ability to handle Supplier Documents as well as Licensor Packages • Proficient in MS Office tools • Must be detail-oriented and be extremely accurate and methodical.
