Role & responsibilities

- PAEDIATRICIAN - Department of Paediatrics Clinical Responsibilities: OPD, IPD, Emergency & NICU/PICU management of neonates and children
- Conduct ward rounds, case presentations, and clinical meetings
- Handle critical care, immunization, and growth & development monitoring
- Maintain proper patient records, discharge summaries, and medico-legal documentation
- 2. PULMONOLOGIST - Department of Pulmonary Medicine / General Medicine Clinical Responsibilities:
- OPD, IPD, ICU & Emergency management of respiratory diseases - TB, Asthma, COPD, ILD, Lung Cancer
- Perform and interpret Pulmonary Function Tests, Bronchoscopy, Sleep Studies
- Manage ventilator, ABG, and critical respiratory patients RNTCP/NTEP program coordination and DOTS center supervision
- 3. MEDICINE PHYSICIAN - Department of General Medicine
- Clinical Responsibilities: OPD, IPD,



Emergency & ICU management of adult medical cases
- Management of Diabetes, HTN, CKD, Liver disease, Infectious diseases, and emergencies Supervise residents/JRs for daily rounds and procedures Ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, and timely reporting

Common Responsibilities for All 3:NMC Compliance: Maintain teaching hours, attendance, and documentation for inspections Research: Publish papers, guide PG thesis, and participate in research projects Ethics: Patient confidentiality, informed consent, and skilled conduct Mentoring: Guide UG/PG students academically and professionally
