Role & responsibilities

- Take clearance from EHS Engg. for disposal of all output material lot wise to confirm to Zigma Disposal Standards

- During the time of loading inspect the lot for any contaminants and arrangement for removal with coordination from EHS &
- PI

- Inspection of disposal land after the completion of aggregate unloading

- Access the market demand and price for all outputs particularly steel scrap,SS Scrap,wood,stones,soil,C&D; and glass for better revenue collection

- Look out for Low Lying areas nearby our Plant

- Look out for landfill / earthfill agents

- Letter of Undertaking from Land lords / earthfill agents along with required documents

- Before Disposal, Picture of the land has to be taken & documented along with NOC

- Make sure that verification and approval is obtaine from DGM for all the documents

- Plan or co ordinate with Land lords or agents for disposal of Soil &

- Stones along with Plant managers/Site Incharge.

- Ensuring Every truck to be weighed with Empty & full load for each & every trip

- Ensure that every outgoing vehicle with inerts should carry Delivery Challan.

- Intermittent pictures of the land to be recorded on a daily basis or as and when required

- Maintaining smooth relationship with Landlord / earthfill agents / other Zigma Colleagues

- After completion of Earthfill, After picture to be recorded & ensure that it is kept for records at Head office.

- Look out for local recyclers / agents for Glass, Wood, Metal, Stainless Steel, Footwear, Tyres etc.

- Taking necessary approvals from the Higher Officials for the rate per kg.





- Planning for disposal vehicles in discussion with Plant Manager / Site Incharge

- Empty weight of the vehicle along with picture from the back & top view showing truck number clearly along with time & date stamp to be recorded.

- Loaded weight of the vehicle along with picture from the back & top view showing truck number clearly along with time & date stamp to be recorded.

- Ensure Verification of Delivery Challan & respective Invoice to be raised at the next day.

- Ensure that the collected costing to be deposited in Head Office account as per Finance.

- Planning of RDF trucks in accordance with Marketing team

- Make sure the right weighment & right fraction is loaded in the truck.

- Ensure your availability at the time of loading the truck.

- E Way bill, & other related documents to be raised in accordance with DGM-Marketing/Transporter/Customer.

- Make sure to raise Invoice or Freight creation in ERP

- Approval should be obtained from EHS incharge for disposing the RDF based in its quality.

- Weekly Visit report to be shared to Reporting Manager without fail

- Monitoring the Quality of the outward materials
- For leave Disposal In charge should get approval from Plant In charge and after approval information should be given to concern site Disposal Manager.
