We are looking for a reliable, organised E-commerce Dispatch & Inventory Executive to manage the daily movement of orders from our warehouse/factory. The role will be responsible for timely dispatches, bulk shipments, coordination with production, and accurate inventory control across our footwear products.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and dispatch daily e-commerce orders on time through courier and marketplace panels.
- Prepare invoices, shipping labels, packing slips, manifests, and other dispatch documents.
- Ensure products are packed correctly, securely, and according to brand and marketplace standards.
- Coordinate bulk dispatches to distributors, retail chains, B2B customers, and other warehouses.
- Liaise daily with the production team to ensure required styles, sizes, colours, and quantities are available for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records for finished goods, dispatches, returns, damaged stock, and samples.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag low stock, stock mismatches, slow-moving items, and urgent production requirements.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups, delivery issues, RTOs, lost shipments, and bulk shipment arrangements.
- Track order status and ensure pending orders are dispatched within agreed timelines.
- Manage returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics, ensuring returned inventory is checked and updated promptly.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile them with inventory/software records.
- Maintain daily dispatch, pending-order, courier,



and inventory reports for management.
- Work closely with the sales, customer support, warehouse, and production teams to prevent dispatch delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse dispatch, logistics, or inventory management. Footwear/apparel experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and shipping platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, Shiprocket, Delhivery, etc.
- Strong understanding of packing, dispatch documentation, courier coordination, and inventory processes.
- Good Excel skills; experience with ERP, inventory software, or Tally is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, especially for style, size, colour, SKU, quantity, and shipping address accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage daily deadlines.
- Honest, disciplined, physically active, and comfortable working in a warehouse/factory environment.

- Minimal packing, SKU, size, or quantity errors.
- Accurate daily inventory records and regular reconciliation.
- Quick resolution of courier, RTO, and bulk-shipment issues.
- Clear coordination between production availability and customer dispatch requirements.

Compensation Salary will be based on experience, skills, and responsibility level.

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
