Job Summary

We are hiring a Dispatch & Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end dispatch operations and transportation coordination. The role involves vehicle planning, transporter management, shipment tracking, freight optimization, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant deliveries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in logistics operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance while maintaining operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Dispatch Planning & Coordination

- Plan and arrange vehicles as per dispatch requirements.
- Optimize load consolidation and route planning for efficient deliveries.
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers to ensure timely dispatch execution.
- Ensure readiness of dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, and LRs.

Logistics Execution

- Monitor dispatches and track OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
- Track shipment movement and ensure timely POD (Proof of Delivery) closure.
- Handle delivery exceptions such as delays, damages, shortages, and re-routing requirements.

Freight Optimization

- Improve vehicle utilization and load factors.
- Conduct lane-wise freight rate analysis and benchmarking.
- Identify opportunities for backhaul utilization and transportation cost reduction.
- Manage transporter claims related to damages, shortages,



and service issues.

Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain dispatch MIS and logistics performance reports.
- Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, transit time, freight cost, and vehicle utilization.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, GST, e-way bill requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in dispatch, transportation, or logistics operations.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, etc.).
- Knowledge of freight management, route planning, and transporter coordination.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from the manufacturing industry will have an added advantage.
- Local candidates will be preferred for this role.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
