Key Responsibilities Sales Order Execution Ensure timely and accurate execution of all sales orders as per company guidelines Coordinate with the sales team to prioritize and schedule dispatches efficiently Vehicle Arrangement Organize and arrange suitable vehicles for dispatch as per the load and route requirements Ensure proper documentation and compliance with transportation rules Follow-Up Maintain regular follow-ups with transporters drivers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery Monitor the movement of goods and address any issues promptly Customer Communication Provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders dispatch schedules and delivery status Handle customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns effectively Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate records of dispatch details including invoices challans and delivery acknowledgments Prepare daily and weekly reports on dispatch activities and submit them to the manager Coordination Work closely with warehouse sales and accounts teams to ensure smooth operations Handle last-minute changes in dispatch plans due to unforeseen circumstances Other Duties Assist in any additional tasks related to dispatch transportation and order execution as needed Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in MS Excel and dispatch management tools Problem-solving and quick decision-making skills Knowledge of logistics and transportation operations Job Type Full time Pay 14 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
