Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership for the agency’s student recruitment operations, ensuring growth, quality, and compliance across all activities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves overseeing counseling teams, marketing initiatives, institutional partnerships, and overall service delivery.

Day-to-day responsibilities include setting recruitment targets, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase student enrollments. The Director will manage and develop staff, establish and refine processes, and maintain solid relationships with educational institutions and other partners. The role also includes budgeting,



resource planning, risk management, and continuous improvement of student experience and organizational reputation.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in education, student recruitment, counseling services, or a related sector, with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills, including target setting, performance analysis, and implementation of growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities for engaging with students, families, institutional partners, and internal teams.
- Proficiency in operational management, including process design, quality assurance, budgeting, and risk management.
- Familiarity with domestic and international education systems, admissions processes, and regulatory considerations is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, travel as needed, and adapt to a dynamic, target-driven environment.
