Role Description The Director at Oak Alliance will provide strategic leadership, oversee key business functions, and ensure alignment between organizational goals and day-to-day operations. This full-time, in office role based in Pune includes managing cross-functional teams, setting performance objectives, and monitoring progress against strategic plans.

The Director will be responsible for driving business growth, optimizing processes, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role also involves building strong internal and external relationships, mentoring team members, and representing the organization in high-level meetings and stakeholder engagements.



The Director will regularly review data and reports to inform decision-making and implement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall organizational performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong strategic planning and organizational skills, with experience in setting goals, managing projects, and driving execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, with comfort presenting to senior leadership and clients.
- Solid business acumen, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
- Proven experience in a senior management or director-level role, preferably in a comparable industry or qualified services environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune, collaborate across functions, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, or a related field, and experience in change management or process improvement.
