Role Description The Director – AI Growth & Partnerships is a full time remote role responsible for driving AI-led business expansion and strategic collaborations across Cehpoint’s e-learning, IT solutions, and cybersecurity offerings. This position oversees the development and execution of AI growth strategies, identifying market opportunities, and aligning AI capabilities with client needs and internal product roadmaps.

The director leads partnership initiatives with technology companies, academic institutions, and enterprise clients, negotiating agreements and maintaining long-term relationships that enhance Cehpoint’s AI ecosystem.



Day-to-day activities include supervising AI and data-focused projects, collaborating with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure measurable impact on revenue and customer value. The role also involves staying current with AI and cybersecurity trends, guiding thought leadership content, and representing Cehpoint in industry events and strategic discussions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, with the ability to understand and guide complex technical and architectural decisions.
- Proficiency in Data Science and Analytics to interpret data, derive insights, and support AI-driven growth strategies.
- Experience with Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition for evaluating AI solutions, use cases, and partner technologies.
- Proven track record in strategic partnerships, business development, or growth leadership in technology, AI, or cybersecurity domains.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Background in cybersecurity, cloud, or IT solutions is highly beneficial; prior experience in e-learning or tech-enabled education is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
