Job Summary

Auramah Valley is looking for a highly motivated Digital Transformation Officer to lead the organization's digital transformation initiatives across Luxury Real Estate and Hospitality. The role will focus on implementing AI solutions, business process automation, business intelligence, digital reporting, and innovative technologies to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, dashboards, and digital transformation projects while working closely with Sales, HR, Marketing, Projects, Hospitality, CRM, Finance, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Digital Transformation initiatives across all departments.
- Implement AI-driven business solutions and workflow automation.
- Identify manual processes and automate them using AI technologies.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
- Implement AI assistants using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, NotebookLM, and Perplexity AI.




- Build automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, and Make.
- Train employees on AI tools and improve AI adoption across the organization.
- Analyze business data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with all departments to enhance productivity through technology.
- Evaluate current AI tools and recommend solutions that add business value.

Required Skills
- 35 years of experience in Digital Transformation, AI, Automation, or Business Intelligence.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Automation.
- Hands-on experience with:

- ChatGPT

- Claude AI

- Google Gemini

- Microsoft Copilot

- Perplexity AI

- NotebookLM

- Power BI

- Tableau

- Microsoft Power Automate

- Zapier

- Make (Integromat)
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and digital business applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
