KEY ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES;

WATSAPP SALES CONVERSATION: ACTIVELY RESPOND TO INCOMMING LEADS FROM INSTAGRAM,FACEBOOK ,WEBSITE AND BTOB PORTALS.guide customers through product options and convert quieries into PAN INDIA orders.

DIGITAL CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT:keep the watsapp business catalogue updated with prices,clear photos,and video clips of sarees and fabrics.

VIRTUAL CUSTOMER CONSULTATION:share detailed drapes,motif close ups, and live video previews for outstation customers across india.

BROAD CAST&STATUS; MARKETING:



run weekly broad cast campaigns,update daily watsapp status,and manage follow ups for warm leads.

ORDER FULFILLMENT CO ORDINATION:co ordinate shippingbdetails with express courier partners and provide tracking updates until final delivery.

CANDIDATE REQUIRMENTS

1 YEAR in chat based sales,online retail, telesales,or e commerce operations,(ethnic wear /hand loom experience is a strong must).

LANGUAGES MANDATORY

FLUENT TELUGU,HINDI AND ENGLISH TO communicate with customers across pan india.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

comfortable with WATSAPP BUSINESS TOOLS(QUICK REPLIES, LABLES,CATALOGUES,)digital payments(UPI/NET BANKING)and basic photo/video sharing.

LOCATION: must workon site at our online store in kompally.hyderabad.
