About the Role

IPCS Global Solutions is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training to students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, AI-powered marketing tools, and hands-on campaign execution while inspiring learners to build successful careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom and practical training on Digital Marketing concepts.
- Train students in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, and AI-powered Digital Marketing.
- Conduct hands-on sessions using live projects, case studies, and real-time campaign execution.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Mentor students in portfolio development, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve student performance.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and college awareness programs when required.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams to enhance course quality and student outcomes.

Required Skills




- Solid knowledge of SEO (On-page, Off-page & Technical SEO)
- Google Ads, PPC Campaign Management & Search Engine Marketing
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Content Marketing & Copywriting
- Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Google Analytics & Google Search Console
- Affiliate Marketing
- E-commerce Marketing (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- AI tools for Digital Marketing (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, etc.) are preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing and/or Digital Marketing Training.
- Experience in the EdTech or Training industry is an added advantage.
