Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing & UI/UX Trainer with strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering practical training, mentoring students on industry-relevant tools and technologies, and guiding them through real-time projects. Freshers with strong technical skills, certifications, or project experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Handle classroom and practical sessions on Digital Marketing and UI/UX Design.
- Train students in SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Analytics.
- Deliver hands-on training in UI/UX concepts, including User Research, Wireframing, Prototyping, Visual Design, and Design Systems.
- Guide students on live projects, assignments, and portfolio development.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and college presentations when required.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor students and support them in improving their technical and professional skills.

Required Experience and Qualifications

- Any B.E./B.Tech, M.E./M.Tech, B.Sc, M.Sc, BCA, MCA, B.Des, or related graduates with knowledge in Digital Marketing, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, IT, or Multimedia are preferred.
- No prior teaching experience is required.
- Freshers with certifications, internships, freelance work, or project experience can apply.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) or a strong UI/UX portfolio will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to continuously upgrade skills.
- Ability to effectively present concepts and mentor students.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship Pay: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
