We are looking for a passionate and performance-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. If you're someone who enjoys running successful ad campaigns, analyzing data, and continuously learning, this opportunity is for you.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Plan, create, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Plan and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max & YouTube).
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis.
- Perform keyword research and optimize search campaigns.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Track conversions using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta and Google Ads trends, features, and policies.
- Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.




- Solid practical knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (Basic)
- Meta Pixel
- Experience in campaign optimization and performance analysis.
- Good understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills
- Experience managing multiple client accounts.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
